Ir LOUIE has about 25 years of experience in precision optics, mechanical and manufacturing engineering. He is a Fellow Member of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (FHKIE). Being the Principal Consultant of the Manufacturing Technology Division in Hong Kong Productivity Council, Ir Louie promotes the development and application of advanced manufacturing technology, product development, rapid prototyping technology, CAD/CAM and computer application in manufacturing, optical product and tooling development as well as ultra precision machining and micro-fabrication technologies. He has led the development projects in LCoS optics engine for digital display products, rapid prototyping technology for Micro Parts and optical CAE technology for automotive lighting and illumination parts etc.
