  Ms. Huang Jin has over 15 years of management experience in the medical devices industry. Since May 2007, she has been acting as Vice Secretary (part-time) of the Shenzhen Association of Medical Devices (SAMD). As a non-profit organization, SAMD is comprised of local medical equipment/ devices manufacturers, hospitals and healthcare institutions. From July 2005 to February 2010, she was Director Asia Pacific, Regulatory Affairs of OrbusNeich Medical (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. OrbusNeich (formerly known as Neich Medical) designs, develops, manufactures, and markets medical devices for the treatment of vascular diseases. It also offers cardiology devices, such as bio-engineered and bare metal stents, balloon catheters and guiding catheters. Earlier, she worked as Manufacturing Manager, QA Manager and Six Sigma Black Belt successively at GE Hualun Medical Systems (1996-2000), a subsidiary of GE Healthcare, USA; and Service Engineer of Beijing Shimadzu Medical Equipment Co., Ltd (1993-1996), a subsidiary of Shimadzu Corporation, Japan.
