The
competition is open to all companies registered in Hong Kong.
Entries can be submitted by any company involved in the
creation or production of the work. Companies which have been established and
registered in Hong Kong on or after 1st January 2003 are eligible to compete for
the special awards for new start-up companies.
No more than 3 entries per entity per Award title are allowed.
An entry is allowed to be submitted to compete more than
one Award title, if appropriate.
Entries must NOT have been published or released commercially
on or before 1st January 2004.
Open Category :

Entries can be submitted by any individual or team involved
in the creation or production of the work. Full-time students currently studying
at any educational institutions in Hong Kong are eligible to compete for the special
awards in this Category.

than one Award title, if appropriate.
Entries must NOT have been publicly published or released
before 1st January 2004.
