Hong Kong Open Source Software Centre is an OSS support centre managed by the IT Industry Development Division of Hong Kong Productivity Council.  The missions of the Centre are:

1. Promote the development and adoption of Open Source Software (OSS) in Hong Kong.

2. Provide software companies with up-to-date OSS technical information and market trend.

3. Foster OSS cooperation between Hong Kong and related Pearl River Delta organizations and further the advancement of IT in Hong Kong.

4. Help software developers explore Mainland China's OSS market.
