Background:
The client is a leading commercial banking group in Hong Kong in terms of assets and customer deposits. With approximately 300 branches, it offers a comprehensive range of financial products and services to retail and corporate customers.
They would like to develop the departmental or divisional performance charters that align with the departmental or divisional goals and strategies.

Solutions:
HKPC assisted the client to develop the departmental or divisional performance charters for alignment with the departmental or divisional goals and strategies through training and facilitation workshops for their employees.
The performance charters were developed based on the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) approach, specifying the key result areas, key performance indicators, and quantifiable targets for measuring and managing departmental and divisional performance.

Deliverables:
A Participant Guidebook for Developing Balanced Scorecard
A user-friendly tool kit consisting of training materials, application worksheets, an implementation roadmap and practical examples
Experience-sharing session to learn from other companies' success stories and understand the difficult issues during implementation

Benefits:
