Background:
A local electrical appliance manufacturer requested HKPC to improve the run-out tolerance of an internal component of an electrical appliance produced by plastic injection moulding.
With conventional chemical foaming injection moulding technology, the run-out tolerance of the shaft could not meet the customer's requirements.
HKPC made use of the advanced micro cellular foam (MuCell) injection moulding technology to improve the run-out tolerance of the rotating shaft.

An alternative method to mould the rotating shaft that could meet the stringent requirement of the run-out tolerance
The run-out tolerance of the product to meet the customer's requirements with 100% yield rate under steady conditions
