Background:
The Company's outbound call centre has a telesales team responsible for the selling of its brand products and other related supplies.
The management of the telesales team would like to improve the service quality and efficiency of their daily operations.

Solution:
In this project, HKPC assisted the Company to enhance the efficiency of its telesales team.
HKPC teamed up with a Singapore-based partner to provide one-stop services to the Company.

Deliverables:
Development of tailor-made training programmes for the telesales team
Provision of different levels of training for the Company's "high-flyers" and "improvers" according to their experience and performance
