Background:
A public utility company in Hong Kong has implemented Total Quality Management (TQM) for a long time and would like to benchmark it with the Malcom Baldrige criteria and look for opportunities for continuous improvement.
The company would like to participate in a quality award competition to gain public recognition and benchmark its management system against other companies.

Solution:
HKPC provided consultancy services on Performance Excellence Model training and assessment, assisting their task force in preparation for the awards entry in Hong Kong.

Awareness training on the Performance Excellence Model criteria
Internal assessor training on the Performance Excellence Model criteria
Performance assessment with recommendations for performance improvement
Facilitation workshops to assist their improvement task force to implement the action plans
