HKPC provided the client with consultancy services on KM strategies development and readiness assessment.

Deliverables:
KM readiness assessment – HKPC assessed the Company's knowledge management awareness level, analyzed its knowledge support processes, its structures and roles, and identified the key business areas that serve as the targets for the knowledge management initiatives.
KM strategy – based on the Company's knowledge management awareness level, a knowledge management strategic plan was developed through KM strategic workshops.
Implementation of KM pilot project – HKPC identified the Company's critical knowledge assets and resources and assisted them to implement the knowledge management pilot project.
