Background:
The application of magnesium alloys, especially in 3C products, is increasing rapidly.
Local and PRD surface finishers lack the experience in magnesium surface finishing required for the manufacturing of magnesium products.

Provision of magnesium surface finishing processing know-how, including electroplating, conversion coating and anodizing
Optimization of magnesium surface finishing processing parameters
Design of factory layouts for magnesium surface finishing
Suggestions on facility requirements
Design of waste minimization processes and equipment
Fabrication of waste minimization equipment
Optimization and commission of waste minimization equipment
