Background:
The client operates a successful business in the knit manufacturing and related industry. It is the world's largest circular knit manufacturer with operations extending into spinning, knitting, dyeing and printing.
The Company would like to build on its existing strengths to strive for continuous success.

Solution:
HKPC introduced a field-proven Performance Management System to assist the Company to better manage its business performance.

Deliverables:
A series of diagnostic senior management meetings
Factory visits to identify opportunities for business enhancement
Recommendations on improvement areas:
- Performance management, covering policy deployment, Balanced Scorecard (BSC), performance assessment, performance review, and reward and recognition
- Training and development
- Grading system
