Event Highlights:
Over 60 representatives from local trade associations attended a consultation on 15 June 2007 on the viability of setting up the Centrepoint, a multi-purpose facility proposed by HKPC for the convergence of industry promotion and business networking to enhance the productivity of local industry.
The proposed Centrepoint is to be set up at Lower Ground Level One of HKPC's premises in Kowloon Tong as a permanent platform to strengthen its ties with industry and enhance business networking and synergy building amongst local trade associations and industry.
Occupying an area of 290 square metres, the Centrepoint is being designed as a multi-purpose facility comprising 30 display booths for trade associations as well as coffee and business lounges, cyber kiosks, 24-hour news and international finance broadcast and a design gallery.
