Event Highlights:
Over 350 Hong Kong and Mainland plastics and metals industries representatives attended the "Symposium on Energy Conservation and Green Manufacturing Implementation for Plastics and Metals Industries in Dongguan" on 11 July 2007.
Speakers at the Symposium included energy saving and environmental protection experts from HKPC who will introduce various strategies and methods in energy conservation and green manufacturing. Several industrialists were also invited to share their experience on successful implementation.
Two new HKPC environmental management initiatives for the Pearl River Delta, "Energy Evaluation and Energy Saving Guidance Consultancy Service" and "ISO 14001:2004 Environmental Management System Consultancy Service" were also introduced at the seminar.
