Officiating guests celebrate the 2nd Anniversary of the Green Manufacturing Network
Event Highlights:
Over 200 representatives from the local manufacturing sector attended the Seminar on "China RoHS News Update" jointly organized by the Hong Kong Productivity Council (HKPC) and the Centre Testing International (CTI) on 31 July 2007.
The seminar aimed to enhance the sector's understanding of "China RoHS", one of its most concerned topics presently, in order to help them to take appropriate action.
Mr Huang Jian-zhong, Director of the Ministry of Information Industry of the PRC, gave a keynote address on the latest development of the regulation's implementation. There were also presentations from CTI, Epson Hong Kong Limited and Philips Consumer Electronics on their experience in China RoHS compliance.
A celebration marking the 2nd Anniversary of the Green Manufacturing Network was also held concurrently.
