To facilitate collaboration among local and Mainland trade organizations and industry partners, The Centrepoint, a multi-purpose facility located at the HKPC Building, was launched on 25 January 2008 |

Occupying an area of 290m2, The Centrepoint is complete with over 20 multi-media booths for Centrepoint members to promote their missions and activities; a coffee and business lounge; cyber kiosks equipped with Wi-Fi enabled and Internet facility, real time news and international finance information broadcast; and the Atrium – a cosy venue for seminars. |

Events such as business matching sessions, seminars and visits will also be organized at The Centrepoint to create opportunities for business networking. |

As an inaugural event under The Centrepoint, the Hong Kong Far Infrared Rays Association (HKFIRA) hosted the Networking Programme on Far Infrared Rays (FIR) Technology with a seminar on the industrial application of the technology and business opportunities for local manufacturers. |
