A quarter of a century ago, when "green productivity" was just an emerging phenomenon, HKPC launched Hong Kong's first environmental support service for local businesses. Beginning with mere laboratory testing in early years, the Council's support services have now been broadened to cover a wide spectrum of green manufacturing, waste management, resource conservation and air quality control.
To mark its 25 years of environmental services, HKPC has published the booklet "Green Productivity - 25 Years and Beyond" highlighting its roles from pioneer back in the 80's to environmental specialist in the 21st century. Through the depiction of accomplished projects, the publication provides insight on HKPC's wide-ranging capabilities in green productivity enhancement.
