Bacteria such as Vibrio Cholerae and E. Coli are often found in fish tanks in Hong Kong's seafood markets, posing major health threats.
The good news is that a new water treatment technology is now available to help solve the problem.
Developed by HKPC, the system kills bacteria using both microwave energy and microwave-induced ultraviolet energy at the same time. No chemical is required and disinfection takes place regardless of the water turbidity.
