HKPC Helps Local Software Companies Attain CMM Levels |

To help local Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) enhance their global competitiveness, the HKSAR Government has allocated aggregate subsidies from the Innovation and Technology Fund for the CMM Assessment Grant which is managed by HKPC.
Under the scheme, successful applicants are eligible for a maximum grant of HKD300,000 each, provided they have successfully attained this international accreditation.
With the assistance of HKPC, eight applicants, namely EPRO Systems (HK) Ltd (SW-CMM L3), Future Solutions Laboratory Ltd (CMMi L3), COL Ltd (CMMi L3), Automated Systems (HK) Ltd (CMMi L3), We Software Ltd (SW-CMM L3), Y&A Professional Services Ltd (SW-CMM L2), MillionTECH Development Ltd (CMMi L3), and Int'l Transport Information Systems Ltd (CMMi L3), successfully passed the assessment of the Capability Maturity Model and were granted subsidies in 2006.
