In today's digital age, many enterprises seek to raise efficiency, cut costs and expand markets through the adoption of information technology (IT). However, such efforts could often fail if the work process of the enterprise is not compatible with IT operations.

To help them out, HKPC has launched a consultancy service known as "iProcess", which covers setting business strategies, enhancing work processes in the light of these strategies, as well as integrating IT into work processes. Client companies will be able to reduce errors, raise efficiency and better meet customers' needs.
