Statistical process control (SPC) is a method of achieving quality control in manufacturing processes. Surveys have found that effective SPC can raise the productivity of an enterprise by 10-100% and in fact, many multi-nationals do require their suppliers to have SPC in place.

Learn the method from a book entitled "Statistical Process Control" published by HKPC. This Chinese-language 146-page publication introduces SPC in depth, yet in simple terms, explaining relevant theories and pointing out common errors.
