ISO 9000, a series of internationally recognized management standards, is important to corporate success in today's competitive business environment.

HKPC has launched the second edition of "ISO 9000 Implementation Tips: a Conclusion of Experiences", a Chinese-language publication whose first edition was published in 1999. This revised edition offers insights into the latest version of ISO 9000, known as ISO 9001: 2001. It presents the main differences between the updated standard and its predecessor, as well as case studies on ISO 9001: 2001. The 123-page book also covers ISO 9000 in general, such as its philosophy and key elements, the dos and donts, requirements and certification procedures, common problems and errors, as well as a cost-effective approach to implementation.

The book is available for HK$50 at the Resources Centre on the first floor of the HKPC Building.
