To promote productivity excellence through the provision of integrated support across the value chain of Hong Kong firms operating in the Pearl River Delta (PRD), HKPC established three Wholly Foreign Owned Enterprises (WFOEs) in the PRD. These include the Productivity (Guangzhou) Consulting Co., Ltd., which was established in October 2003, the Productivity (Dongguan) Consulting Co., Ltd. and Productivity (Shenzhen) Consulting Co., Ltd., which were incorporated in April 2004 and August 2004 respectively.
