Key Features
- Requires no preheating of sprayed materials

- Involves injecting microscopic particles of metal or other solids into a supersonic jet of rapidly expanding gas and shooting them at a target substrate to form a coating

- Can strengthen mould surfaces and durability

- Can replace the traditional polluting process of chromium electroplating

- Can be used to repair big engineering parts
