Precision Plastic Lens Injection Moulding

Key Features
- Plastic injection moulding can be used to manufacture precision plastic lenses and optical components.

- A precision plastic injection mould is needed, and is fabricated with advanced technologies such as the single- point diamond turning (SPDT) technique. The mould is then installed into a plastic injection machine.

- After the input of parameters, a computer-controlled automatic injection moulding process can be started to carry out batch production with consistent quality.

- Products include a range of plastic lenses and critical components that are widely used in different industries, including optics, telecommunication and optoelectronics.
