Client's Needs

CLP Power implemented Total Quality Management (TQM) a long time ago and would like to use the Malcom Baldrige criteria for benchmarking to see if there was room for improvement. In addition, the top management was interested to participate in the HKMA Quality Award Competition as a means to validate the quality of its management system and its achievements so as to gain public recognition.

HKPC Services/Solutions

HKPC provided consultancy services, including the Performance Excellence Model Training and Assessment, and facilitate their preparation for the HKMA Quality Awards.
