MidlandU was formed in 1979 as an in-house training department of Midland Holdings Limited. Subsequently, with the expansion of Midland Holdings, MidlandU extended its training service to the entire property agency sector as well as the general public. The company aims at enhancing the professionalism of real estate agents in Hong Kong via the provision of professional training tailored for the industry.

HKPC's Services/Solutions
HKPC provided a training programme, "eeLearn", in the format of an online Monopoly game covering the Examination syllabus for knowledge dissemination at workplace. The programme is fun, user-friendly, highly flexible and accessible, usable at any time and place.
Productivity Achievements
Improvement in frontline staff's Examination pass rate from 86% in 2004 to 92% in 2005
Knowledge of over 2,000 frontline staff enhanced through "eeLearn"
