In order to optimize its current business operation in Hong Kong, the Client invited HKPC to establish a field-proven management system to effectively manage the company.

Conduction of a series of diagnostic meetings with senior management to identify areas and opportunities for performance enhancement
Corporate Strategy Development – developed corporate strategies to provide a clear strategic direction and objectives
Job Analysis – formalized an organization structure with clear reporting channels and established specific job responsibilities for existing positions
Balanced Scorecard - set up a performance management system to measure the organizational and departmental performance aligned to the corporate strategies
Performance Appraisal – set up a performance appraisal system in which individual competence and performance could be assessed periodically against pre-set standards and provided feedback for continuous performance improvement
