Partnership Objectives:
To enhance the directorship of SME owners through strengthening their understanding of local rules & regulations regarding corporate governance
To cascade the best practice of corporate governance down to SME management level through adoption of key performance indicators
To foster industry benchmarking among SMEs on corporate governance for succeeding as main pillars of the Hong Kong economy
Nature of Partnership:
HKPC and Hong Kong Institute of Directors have co-developed and co-organized the "Professional Diploma in Corporate Governance & Directorship" and other related programmes for local SMEs.
