Partnership Objectives:

Nature of Partnership:

The Hong Kong Auto Parts Industry Association and the Society of Automotive Engineers – Hong Kong, together with the Hong Kong Productivity Council, organized a study mission from 10 to 17 April 2005 to visit seven USA and Canadian manufacturers of automotive parts, plastic and sheet metal products, moulds and dies.

The Delegation also visited the 2005 SAE 100th Anniversary Exhibition & Congress, where more than 800 companies from different countries exhibited the latest automotive technologies and products. Twenty companies from the Hong Kong automotive industries showcased their products at the Hong Kong Pavilion.
