Partnership Objective:

To promote and encourage the mutual development of software industries in Hong Kong and Guangzhou with sharing of resources from Hong Kong's 'IT Solution Directory' and Guangzhou's 'IT Solution' platform

Nature of Partnership:

A memorandum of understanding was signed by HKPC, Hong Kong Information Technology Federation Limited and Guangzhou Tianhe Software Park on 24 May 2005 for the joint promotion of Hong Kong's 'IT Solution Directory' and Guangzhou's 'IT Solution' platform.

Under the partnership agreement, HKPC is responsible for carrying out promotional activities for the project outside of mainland China (including Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Europe, USA), while Guangzhou Tianhe Software Park is responsible for promotional activities within mainland China. Data contents of the both websites will be accessible by the respective parties using XML Web Service via Internet.
