Textile and Garments Plasma Treatment System for fabric functionalities and anti-pilling treatment of wool/cashmere knitwear

With increasing public concern about environmental protection as well as the stringent rules on the use and disposal of chemicals and waste water, the traditional wet finishing processes, which create lots of pollutants, will be eliminated gradually. As an alternative, this technology is environmental-friendly, as its manufacturing process does not require water.

This technology generates an ionized gas plasma composed of ions and various gas particles to interact with fabrics, which properties could then be modified to acquire a wide range of specific functions, such as, anti-pilling, reduced felting, hydrophilic or hydrophobic, etc. These functions are often required in the production of high quality garments. In addition, this technology can be used in pre-treatment process for enhancing the binding ability of nano materials on the surface of fabric for additional functions, such as, water repellent, UV-protection, antistatic, antibacterial, etc.
