Advanced Mould Cooling Technology and CAE Conformal Cooling Analysis
Improve the design and quality of moulding and die-casting parts while shortening production time and reducing costs using conformal cooling channel technology.
Service Details:
- Technical Evaluation - To provide technical evaluation on tooling design, and moulding & die-casting efficiency for identifying the application areas of hybrid direct metal laser sintering, diffusion bonding and thermal brazing & coating
- Design Solution - To analyse the high temperature zone, material fluidity and cooling rate of moulded part for the optimisation of conformal cooling channel design before mould fabrication, avoiding late mould design changes to shorten product development lead-time
- Suggested Processing Parameter Setting - Provision of technical support for determining parameter configuration of plastic injection moulding and die-casting processes for the fabricated tooling with conformal channel
