HKPC Building Closed to the Public until 1 March 2020 - February Venue Rental, Training Programmes, Visits or Seminars will be Postponed or Cancelled

(Hong Kong, 3 February 2020) In light of the novel coronavirus infection persisting, the Hong Kong Productivity Council (HKPC) announced that all its venues, Inno Space and HKPC Academy will be closed to the public until 1 March 2020. Its venue rental services will be suspended during the period. Also, all training programmes, visits and seminars, both external and internal, from now to 1 March 2020 will either be postponed or cancelled. In addition, study missions originally scheduled for February will be postponed until further notice. The related measures aim to reduce the risk of spreading the novel coronavirus in the community.

HKPC is currently implementing special work arrangement, with basic service remains in operation. HKPC Building will be closed to public during the period. All HKPC staff, except those with critical functions, can work from home and are not required to return to the offices. All projects, services and daily operation however will stay normal and continue as usual. Members of the public can still contact HKPC staff by telephone or email. The measure will be implemented tentatively until 9 February 2020.

For public inquiries on the above-mentioned arrangements, please email: hkpcenq@hkpc.org.
