Odour
Odour is normally caused by volatilized chemical compounds that humans can perceive by the sense of olfaction. It is beyond doubt that odour affects our quality of life, emotion and even health. Owing to the growing public concern on the odour issues, Green Living Laboratory of Green Living and Innovation Division has established an Odour & Gas Laboratory to provide testing services based on the British/European Standard Method BS EN 13725:2003. The scope of service includes odour concentration analysis, intensity analysis, hedonic analysis and related chemical analysis.
HKPC also provides one-stop consultancy service on odour evaluation, on-site monitoring, and odour control & treatment process design and installation.
