SME ReachOut: "SME ReachOut" is a service funded by the Trade and Industry Department and operated by HKPC, dedicated to supporting SMEs through personalized consultations. We help businesses identify suitable funding schemes, answer application inquiries, and provide form-review advisory services to encourage the utilization of government funding for business upgrading and transformation.

What’s more, we offer the Tech Buddy Advisory Service and a variety of outreach activities designed to build SMEs' capacity and ensure business sustainability. With access to over 40 government funding schemes, including popular options like the Dedicated Fund on Branding, Upgrading and Domestic Sales (BUD Fund),SME Export Marketing Fund (EMF),Enterprise Support Scheme (ESS), New Industrialisation Funding Scheme (NIFS) and Pilot Manufacturing and Production Line Upgrade Support Scheme (Manufacturing+), we are committed to helping your business thrive.
