The “Future Life and Health Tech Centre” is Hong Kong’s first immersive platform dedicated to life and health technologies. Through interactive displays, the Centre highlights Hong Kong Productivity Council (HKPC) ’s innovative achievements in the life and health sector, allowing visitors to experience firsthand how technology is shaping the future of health and wellbeing.
The Centre brings together HKPC’s years of R&D accomplishments in the life and health industries, demonstrating its capability to translate innovations from laboratory research to marketready applications, as well as breakthrough collaborations with local and international partners. “Future FoodTech Lab” is Hong Kong’s First-ever FoodTech prototype display platform. Showcasing advanced FoodTech at different stages of food supply chain, Future FoodTech Lab provides a platform for site visit and technology testing for the industry. The technologies at the lab will be updated regularly to keep the food industry abreast of the latest technology development. Currently, the lab displays HKPC-developed food processing technologies, including:
