To this end, HKPC is pleased to announce the extension of half-price concession for local SMEs, as well as the concession for enterprises applying for relevant new industrialisation funding schemes*. The special offer will be valid from 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2027. Further details are as follows:
Mr Mohamed BUTT, Executive Director of HKPC, said, “SMEs are one of the key pillars in Hong Kong’s economic development. The 2026-27 Budget introduces a range of measures that address the SMEs’ funding needs regarding upgrading, transformation, and market expansion, while strengthening support for enterprises in applying artificial intelligence (AI) to drive transformation. HKPC continuously aligns with the HKSAR Government to deliver tailored assistance to the local SMEs. We fully recognise the vital role of technological transformation in helping local enterprises to expand into the global market. By extending the concessionary relief measures, we aim to encourage SMEs to pursue upgrading and transformation.
