The low-altitude economy (LAE) is emerging as a vital sector in Hong Kong's development strategy. Leveraging its technological expertise and rich talent pool, the Hong Kong Productivity Council (HKPC) is at the forefront of fostering collaborative synergies throughout the entire industrial value chain—from upstream to downstream. This initiative is designed to enhance the low-altitude economy ecosystem, tackle industry challenges, and drive sustainable growth in the sector as well as benefit to the community by this emerging technology.

The "Low-altitude Economy Tech Hall" serves as a platform to showcase cutting-edge research achievements and practical applications from both Hong Kong’s LAE sector and HKPC itself. The hall focuses on four key domains: design & manufacturing, management and standard, communication and digital infrastructure, and diverse application scenarios. Its design encourages enterprises to integrate advanced technologies into their operations and services, accelerating the commercialization of R&D outcomes and elevating overall industry standards.
