HKPC supports local food and catering industry to enhance food safety management, hosts food safety and hygiene training programmes regularly for the industry, and implements related Government funding projects.

Service Details:
  • Provide consultancy and relevant training services on HACCP, ISO22000, BRC and FSSC22000 food safety management system
  • Offer consultancy services on developing tailor-made food safety management and auditing system
  • Organise food hygiene and safety training courses approved by the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department (FEHD)
  • Support local food associations in execution of Government-funded projects
