Price Concessions to Assist SMEs in Seizing on New Opportunities
To help Hong Kong SMEs leverage advanced technologies and innovative services to realise business transformation and upgrade, HKPC extends its series of special relief measures for local SMEs. Meanwhile, SME ReachOut provides one-stop Government funding information for SMEs, helping them identify the appropriate funding schemes and resolve application problems.
From 1 January 2024 to 31 March 2025, HKPC will follow the concession scheme as stipulated in HKPC Pricing Policy for SMEs:
- 50% concession to the list price of labour portion for consultancy services (excluding consultancy services under Government funding schemes);
- 50% concession to the list price of labour portion for testing services

SME ReachOut to Accompany SMEs in the Fund Seeking Journey
SME ReachOut's dedicated service team supports SMEs through consultations to help identify funding schemes that suit SMEs, while answering questions relating to applications. The goal is to enhance SME's understanding of the Government's funding schemes, with a view of encouraging better utilisation of the support provided by the Government.
There are over 40 funding schemes provided by the Government for SMEs, which include below popular funding schemes: Dedicated Fund on Branding, Upgrading and Domestic Sales (BUD Fund), Export Marketing Fund (EMF), Technology Voucher Programme (TVP) and Enterprise Support Scheme (ESS).
