<p>由香港生產力促進局(生產力局)、香港工業總會(工總)及珠三角工業協會聯合主辦的第十五屆「香港珠三角工商界合作交流會」,今天(2016年12月9日)在深圳舉行。為配合活動,主辦機構特別舉辦「創新科技 成就未來」研討會,讓香港工商界加深了解深圳的發展近況,及深港企業運用先進科技促成升級轉型,邁向「工業4.0」的創新經驗。</p>
<p>生產力局主席林宣武及工總主席鄭文聰教授在研討會上致開幕辭,深圳市人民政府國務院港澳事務辦公室副主任姜力琨並介紹當地的最新發展和機遇。</p>
<p>林宣武表示:「智能科技不單只解決珠三角勞工不足的問題,更重要的是運用先進技術,革新營商模式。例如利用物聯網、大數據分析及智能自動化科技,企業可以針對消費者的個別需要,及時提供量少而精的產品和服務,為顧客帶來新的客戶體驗,從而再帶動市場的需求,開拓新的商機。」</p>
<p>他續說:「香港工業必須要引入『工業4.0』概念的智能化營運模式,推動內地的廠房升級,提升營運效率和靈活性,更迅速地回應客戶個別不同的需求。另外,要加强自主研發創新能力,善用香港科研機構的研發服務,借助深圳強大的科技產業化能力,將創新的意念快速變成市場導向的高增值產品。」</p>

<p>The &ldquo;Standard Chartered Hong Kong SME Leading Business Index&rdquo; (Standard Chartered SME Index) for the fourth quarter of 2016 has increased 1.4, reaching 42.5. Releasing the findings today (10 November 2016), the Hong Kong Productivity Council (HKPC) noted that the business confidence of local SMEs is gradually picking up as the Index continues the growth momentum in last quarter, rebounding almost to the first quarter&rsquo;s reading.

<p>The Enterprise Support Programme of the Dedicated Fund on Branding, Upgrading and Domestic Sales (the BUD Fund) launched the additional &ldquo;ESP Easy &ndash; Simplified Application Track&rdquo; (&ldquo;ESP Easy&rdquo;) in August last year. Up to 30 June 2016, it has processed a total of 186 applications, among which around 89% (166 applications) were approved.</p>

HKCERT Alerts on "CryptXXX" Ransomware

<p>Having reported a new monthly-high of 59 incidents of ransomware attacks in May, the Hong Kong Computer Emergency Response Team Coordination Centre (HKCERT) of the Hong Kong Productivity Council today (7 June 2016) urges the public to keep up vigilance against ransomware. HKCERT figures showed that while the number of Locky incidents had tailed off, a new ransomware, "CryptXXX", has emerged and taken up the charge with 32 cases in May. Most of the victims were local home users, educational organizations and SMEs.</p>

<p>The &ldquo;Standard Chartered Hong Kong SME Leading Business Index&rdquo; (Standard Chartered SME Index) for the second quarter of 2016 reported a further drop of 2.4 points to 40.4. Releasing the findings today (27 April 2016), the Hong Kong Productivity Council (HKPC) noted a negative business outlook among SMEs as the Index has been declining for three consecutive quarters. If the economic slowdown continues, close to 20% of the SMEs surveyed may consider winding up within one year.</p>
