<p>生產力局主席林宣武及工總副主席兼珠三角工業協會主席葉中賢博士在研討會上致開幕辭,東莞市市委常委駱招群則介紹當地的最新發展和機遇。</p>
<p>林宣武表示:「『粵港澳大灣區』已從區域規劃概念提升至國家發展戰略,莞港兩地應全面加強科技創新創業合作,以支持大灣區創新科技產業鏈的發展。生產力局的重點工作方向是協助東莞傳統工業及港資企業向智能製造升級轉型,促進莞港產業合作。」</p>
<p>談及該局在推展「智能製造」的工作,他表示:「生產力局正進行約二十個『智能製造』試點項目,與企業合作研製智能自動化設備,把生產流程數據化,以建立智能工廠,預期可為內地的港資製造企業降低成本百分之五十,提升效率達三成,顯著減省人力。」</p>

<p>HONG KONG (21 November 2017) - Hong Kong Productivity Council (HKPC) and Swire Properties announced today the results of the Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) Charging Scheme Trial Programme. The Government is expected to launch the MSW Charging Scheme in 2019, at the earliest. This trial programme aimed to facilitate the Commercial and Industrial (C&amp;I) sectors&rsquo; understanding of the Scheme&rsquo;s methodology, raise awareness in waste reduction and better prepare the sectors for future implementation of the Scheme.</p>

<p>The "Standard Chartered Hong Kong SME Leading Business Index" (Standard Chartered SME Index) for the fourth quarter of 2017 has rebounded 2.2 points to 46.5, a record high in two years. Releasing the findings today (31 October 2017), the Hong Kong Productivity Council (HKPC) noted that business confidence of SMEs has moved one step closer towards recovery. The sentiment of the retail industry has improved notably, with the industry Sub-Index also hitting a two-year high.</p>

Recycling Fund Launches New “Standard Projects” Scheme

<p>The General Office of the State Council recently announced an action plan to reform the Mainland&rsquo;s solid waste import policy, which includes barring the import of 24 types of solid wastes including waste plastics, unsorted scrap paper, discarded textile materials and Vanadium slag. The HKSAR Government is concerned about the impacts of the new policy on the recycling industry in Hong Kong, especially plastics and paper recyclers.</p>

<p>雙方日前(2017年8月18日)在深圳市福田區簽署合作備忘錄。香港特區政府創新科技署署長蔡淑嫻、生產力局主席林宣武、福田區委書記肖亞非、深圳市科創委黨組書記、副主任邱宣及深圳市外事辦(港澳辦)黨組成員/對外友好協會專職副會長王昱文為簽署儀式作見證,由福田區政府區長高聖元和生產力局總裁麥鄧碧儀代表簽署。這是福田區政府最新打造的「深港協同創新中心」落戶的首個港方科研機構專案。</p>

<p>The &ldquo;Standard Chartered Hong Kong SME Leading Business Index&rdquo; (Standard Chartered SME Index) for the third quarter of 2017 failed to keep up the growth momentum of the last quarter, with a drop of 1.3 points to 44.3. <p>Despite that the WannaCry ransomware attacks on computer users seem to come to a halt with no new incident reported today (17 May 2017), the Hong Kong Computer Emergency Response Team Coordination Centre (HKCERT) of the Hong Kong Productivity Council urged the public to keep up their vigilance. Since the outbreak of the attack on 13 May 2017, HKCERT has received 31 incident reports on the WannaCry ransomware.<br /> <br />Meanwhile, another ransomware, Jaff, is becoming active. The malware was being spread through massive spam campaigns.

<p>In light of the WannaCry ransomware attacks on computer users across the world including Hong Kong, the Hong Kong Computer Emergency Response Team Coordination Centre (HKCERT) of the Hong Kong Productivity Council today (13 May 2017) warned that WannaCry was a very vicious malware which would scan for computers with an unpatched Microsoft Windows vulnerability over the Internet and attempt to infect them.</p>
