Winners of 10 “Most Popular Marketing Smartphone Apps” and five special awards were presented (see attached list).</div>

<p><br /> 繼與東莞及珠海當局成功開展企業升級轉型支援計劃後,香港生產力促進局(生產力局)與惠州市對外貿易經濟合作局合作,共同協助當地加工企業就地升級轉型。惠州市政府將撥款約八百五十萬元人民幣,透過現場評估和示範項目等,為不少於250家在當地設廠的企業提供支援,計劃為期五年。<br /> <br /> 合作協議簽署儀式今天(2011年3月28日)在惠州市舉行,由惠州市副市長操向農、生產力局主席陳鎮仁及當地商會代表作見證,惠州市對外貿易經濟合作局局長羅慶雲及生產力局總裁麥鄧碧儀簽署。<br /> <br /> 陳鎮仁表示:「為協助珠三角企業應對國家推動加工貿易升級轉型的政策,生產力局在過去兩年,積極與珠三角地區政府合作,推動粵港兩地的產業提升,先後在東莞及珠海開展企業升級轉型支援平台。是次與惠州市政府合作,再次引入本局的『升轉一站通』服務平台模式,共同協助當地企業就地升級轉型,再一次證明升級轉型是加工貿易企業持續發展的唯一選擇。」<br /> <br /> 根據協議,惠州市對外貿易經濟合作局及生產力局在計劃首年將先選取35家企業參加基本評估,5家企業參加深入評估;完成後,再按實際需要從中選取合適的企業,為他們提供升級轉型輔導服務,建立示範案例。
